I , suffer from panic attacks from time to time, and they get bad.
I do have meds for them if i need it, but i try to not use them........

and to heidi...when i read yer post i was soooooooooooooo glad to see that i am not the only one who "pees alot" when i am having an attack.

chloe... theres three ways you can be fed... theres a tube from a hospital... theres make yourself eat the normal way..and then theres that third idea... ya know where if ya dont start listening to people and doing whats right one of us has to show up at your door... and after we get there theres two holes we can cram food in.... i hope youd pick the easier one...
